Your Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer support via email, phone, and live chat

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns

  • Help customers navigate our website and resolve any issues efficiently

  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and help improve service quality

  • Accurately manage customer information and handle complaints with care and discretion


Your Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus

  • Service-minded and passionate about helping people

  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with digital tools; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk) is a plus
